I made measurements of the detector from 1-26.5GHz,
but the linearity is maintained only in the frequency range of 3-14GHz.
Measurement deviations of these two bands are shown in the measurement table
For measurements I used HP8340B, HP34401A, E4413A, E4419B with fresh calibration.
It is necessary to take into account measurement errors within the limit not worse than +-5%
